Rotary lobe vacuum pumps range ATMOS, twin lobe type with patented discharge system


These compact Roots blowers belong to the group of dry running positive displacement pumps. This means that there is no need for oil or grease in the compression chamber. Only gear box and bearings that are separated from the pumping chamber are oil lubricated. Two non contacting twin lobe Roots rotors rotate against each other in the compression room. The patented discharge system avoid pulsation problems and simultaneously minimize back flow from discharge.
This results in less power requirement, higher compression ratios and a wider turn down range of the blower!
 Air or gas mixtures are transported in by the movement of the rotors, flow into the housing and are conveyed to the pressure side of the blower, where they are compressed against the connected pipe or system.

 Variation 01  Variation 0102
The basic unit contains one Roots blower stage with free shaft extensions for integration into customer specific systems flow direction is vertical. The compact unit contains one Roots blower stage with vertical gas flow, motor, v-belt drive, flanges, filters, silencers, suction or pressure connections, pressure or vacuum relief valve, and non-return valve at pressure blowers.

These compact units contains one Roots blower stage with vertical gas flow, motor, v-belt drive, flanges, filters, silencers, suction or pressure connections, pressure or vacuum relief valve, and non-return valve at pressure blowers, including super silent accoustic enclosure for inside or outside installation. These compact units with ATEX certificate contains one Roots blower stage with vertical gas flow, motor ex-proof, v-belt drive, stainless steel suction pipe 1.4301 with bypass to discharge pipe for integrated unloading valve ex-proof for start up and closed pressure relief valve, water cooled discharge gas cooler, tube and shell type stainless steel 1.4301  suction, discharge pressure switch discharge thermostate intrinsically safe, cabled to ex-proof junction box, and non-return valve stainless steel, including super silent accoustic enclosure for inside or outside installation.
 Variation 0107  Variation 0108, twin lobe
These compact biogascompressors with ATEX certificate contains one Roots blower stage with vertical gas flow, motor ex-proof, v-belt drive, stainless steel suction pipe 1.4301 with bypass to discharge pipe for integrated diaphragm pressure controler, discharge silencer stainless steel 1.4301 , discharge pressure switch discharge thermostate intrinsically safe, cabled to ex-proof junction box,and non-return valve stainless steel, including super silent accoustic enclosure for inside or outside installation. Rotary lobe vacuum booster 0108 are installed in the fine vacuum range in combination with backing pumps, such as liquidring-, screw- and rotary vane vacuum pumps. The purpose of those pumps is to increase the ultimate vacuum of those backing pumps and at the same time to enlarge also the capacity in the high vacuum range. Those twin shaft roots pumps have to symetric lobes turning simultaneously driven by a gear in the housing.  The pumps are oilfree. This means that there is no need for oil or grease in the compression chamber. Only gear box and bearings that are separated from the pumping chamber are oil lubricated. Air or gas mixtures are transported in by the movement of the rotors, flow into the housing and are conveyed to the pressure side of the blower, where they are compressed against the always required backing pump, which is compressing against atmosphere.
